They extensively repaired a badly deteriorated portion of the exterior of my home in Swampscott. We had water infiltration that led to rot, carpenter ants, and more. It was a hot mess. They were super quick, did a great job, great clean up (something often overlooked) and all at a fair and competitive price. I felt like other contractors I spoke to were sand-bagging me a bit, making out like it was an extremely difficult repair. I didn't get that with Waters Construction. They just got stuck in and got the job done. Zero drama. Highly recommend!

From the moment we decided to hire Waters Construction for our project, Eli was quick to respond to any emails or phone calls, and was always pleasant to communicate with. Eli and his team built an overhang for our front steps, and from start to finish (even when we adjusted the design a bit and asked many questions!) everyone was professional, positive, and worked hard to make sure the project ended up being the best it could be. We couldn’t be happier with the final result, and highly recommend Eli and Waters Construction!

Eli and his crew are absolutely the best. I have used them at least 6 times in the last year to do all kinds of projects. When you call Eli he answers all of your questions and puts your mind at ease. His crew is wonderful and take pride in their work.
